Culinary Institute of America in Napa!

Ellen and I visited the Culinary Institute in Napa to oversee the development of several recipe videos.  The videos featured CIA Chef Instructors demonstrating recipes that they had developed for several lesson plans called the Professional Chefs Discovers Canola Oil.  Check out a couple of the videos below or link to all of them at www.canolainfo.org.
